1. RULES FOR THE PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES AT THE STOLESHNIKOV BOUTIQUE HOTEL
. These Rules for the provision of hotel services by the Stoleshnikov Boutique Hotel have been developed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of services in the Russian Federation".
1.General provisions
1.1. The Stoleshnikov Boutique Hotel is designed for temporary residence of citizens and the provision of services accompanying their stay.
1.2. These Rules regulate the relationship between consumers (hereinafter referred to as guests), i.e. citizens who intend to order or order and use the services of the Boutique Hotel "Stoleshnikov" exclusively for personal, family, household and other needs not related to business activities, and the contractor Boutique Hotel "Stoleshnikov" (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel), which provides hotel services to consumers.
1.3. The working hours of the Hotel are round the clock.
1.4. These Rules may be amended with the mutual consent of the Contractor and the Guest, documented in advance.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT SERVICES, THE PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
2.1 The Hotel has the right to conclude contracts with legal entities and individuals for booking vacant seats and providing hotel services.
2.2. The guest has the right to book a room in advance. Booking of a room is carried out by submitting an application via telephone, electronic communication, as well as by directly contacting the Reception and Accommodation Service.
2.2.1. In the Application for booking rooms, it is indicated (reported): the number of guests, last names, date and time of arrival/departure. The number and category of rooms, additional services not included in the standard service.
2.3. A hotel room is provided to guests upon presentation of an identity document issued in accordance with the established procedure, including:
- passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation
- passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen, before replacing it with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period.
- children under 14 years old – birth certificate;
- passport certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation.
- passport of a foreign citizen, or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
- for foreign citizens - a civil passport or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen,
-a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person,
- temporary residence permits for a stateless person;
-residence permit of a stateless person,
-visas for entry into the territory of the Russian Federation and a migration card for foreign citizens (unless another exit procedure is provided for by existing bilateral government agreements and international treaties).
The guest is responsible for the data provided to them.
2.4. Registration of minors under the age of 14. It is carried out on the basis of identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) who are with them, the accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person provides notarized consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minor citizens.
2.5. The Hotel Administration does not provide temporary accommodation services to foreign citizens and stateless persons in the absence of documents confirming their legal presence in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the migration legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.6. The accommodation fee is charged in accordance with the check-out time - 12:00, current day Moscow time.
Accommodation of citizens upon their arrival is carried out for the period specified in the application. Upon expiration of the agreed period, the resident is obliged to vacate the room at the request of the administration. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the Hotel administrator no later than 2 hours before check—out time - 12:00 local time. The extension of the stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties. The period of accommodation for foreign citizens may not exceed the validity period of a visa or migration card
2.7. Upon check-in, the guest is given a guest card and an electronic key for the paid period of stay.
2.8. Payment for the services provided is carried out according to the current price list for services approved by the General Director.
2.8.1. If desired, the guest can book a hotel room by paying it before check-in (guaranteed reservation), or without payment (non-guaranteed reservation).
2.8.2. The non-guaranteed reservation is reserved for the client until 18:00 local time, the specified day of arrival. If you do not arrive before 18:00 local time, the reservation will be canceled. Placement obligations are terminated, and placement is subject to availability on a general basis.
2.8.3. Financial obligations between the hotel and the guest do not arise in case of non-guaranteed booking.
2.8.4. In case of non-guaranteed booking or check-in "from the counter", the guest's accommodation before check-out time is made only if there are rooms available from the reservation. The accommodation fee is charged per day
2.8.5. For stays of no more than a day (24 hours), payment is charged for a full day.
2.9. Guaranteed booking - booking of a hotel room, in which there are legal obligations between the hotel and the guest. Hotel reservations are guaranteed by prepayment of at least the full cost of the first night's stay. Payment is made upon receipt of the booking confirmation by the hotel.
2.9.1. The guaranteed reservation is reserved for the guest during the first day of accommodation.
2.9.2. In case of non-arrival or (untimely) cancellation of the reservation, less than one day before the day of arrival, the Hotel refunds the prepayment made to the guest minus the first day of accommodation.
2.9.3. Prepayment for guaranteed reservations is made by any method of cash or non-cash payment. The payment is considered made if funds are credited to the Hotel's checking account one day before arrival for individual guests and 5 days for groups. In case of non-payment on time, the reservation is considered cancelled.
2.9.4. In case of guaranteed booking, if you are late for a day, you will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than 1 day.
2.9.5. If you are more than a day late, the booking will be cancelled. In this case, accommodation at the Hotel is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of rooms. The hotel reserves the right to charge for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than 1 day in advance.
2.10. Check-out time is 12.00 p.m. Moscow time. Accommodation in the hotel is carried out after 14.00 on the day of arrival, room release - before 12.00 on the day of departure.
2.10.1. Accommodation of the Guest before check-out time in the period from 00:00 to 12:00 is carried out only if there are available and prepared rooms. Payment for the period up to 12:00 of the current day is charged in the amount of a half-day fee. The fee for half a day is set at the rate of the daily rate.
2.10.2. In case of delayed departure, the accommodation fee is charged in the following order: for extended stays from 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% of the room rate per day. If you extend your stay after 18:00 -100% of the room rate per day.
2.10.3. When extending the stay at the Hotel, the Guest pays 100% of the cost of accommodation for the extended period.
2.10.4. The total number of guests staying in the room must correspond to the number of beds in the room.
2.11. There is no charge for children under the age of 6 staying in the same room with their parents without providing a place. When providing an extra bed for children, a fee is charged according to the price list.
2.11.1 An extra bed is provided only upon agreement with the Hotel administration and is paid according to the current price list approved by the order of the General Director.
2.12. Visiting guests staying at the Hotel by third parties is allowed with the mutual consent of the Hotel administration and the guest staying. These non-resident Guests are required to present an identity document (passport, military ID or other identification card). Visitors are allowed to stay in the room from 6:00 to 23:00, Moscow time. In the event that a visitor stays in the room after 23.00 Moscow time, the Hotel Administration reserves the right to issue an invoice to the visitor to pay for an additional seat.
2.13. Upon vacating the room and leaving the Hotel, the Guest makes a final payment for the services provided, including additional services, and hands over the room key to the Administrator.
2.14. Additional services provided to the Guest are paid according to the price list approved by the General Director. Information on the list and cost of Additional Services is provided by the Reception and Accommodation Service
2.15. The Hotel has the right to refuse to book and (or) provide hotel services to minors (under the age of 18) intending to use the services of the hotel unaccompanied by legal representatives.
2.16 . The right to extraordinary service at the Hotel has:
• Heroes of the Russian Federation and the Soviet Union, full holders of the Orders of Glory;
• disabled children, group 1 disabled people and one person accompanying them;
• employees of the prosecutor's office, employees of internal affairs bodies, employees of judicial authorities, tax service, courier communication and information (in the performance of their official duties);
• military personnel undergoing military service under a contract, sent on a business trip, upon presentation of a business trip certificate (Article 20, paragraph 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the Status of Military Personnel" dated 05/27/1998 No. 76-FZ);
• invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War;
• other categories of citizens who, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, are granted the right to extraordinary services in consumer service enterprises.
3. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUESTS STAYING.
3.1. The guest is obliged to:
comply with the Hotel's accommodation and payment procedures for services provided;
keep clean, take care of the property and equipment of the Hotel;
to compensate for damage in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The amount of damage is determined based on the prices of the Hotel's Price List on the day the damage was discovered. In case of compensation for damage, an Act of Compensation for damage is drawn up in 2 copies.
do not disturb other guests staying at the Hotel, observe silence and order in the room, public order in the Hotel;
do not create conditions and prevent accidents of power grids, water and heat supply networks and other technical, engineering systems and equipment of the Hotel;
if an infectious disease is detected in a Guest or if it is suspected, immediately vacate the Hotel room (Article 33 of Federal Law No. 52 "On Sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population" dated 30.03.1999).
strictly observe the rules of fire safety, preventing the occurrence of fires;
also pay in full and on time for other additional services provided by the Contractor that are not included in the room rate. In case of late payment by the guest of the cost of such services provided by the contractor, their provision is terminated until the debt is fully repaid;
when leaving the room, close the water intake taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV and other electrical appliances, close the room;
upon leaving the Hotel, make a full payment for the paid services provided to him, notify the Receptionist on duty about your departure and hand over the key.

3.2. If the guest discovers deficiencies in the service provided, he may request the elimination of deficiencies free of charge.
3.3. The hotel is prohibited:
• leave unauthorized persons in the room (persons who are not a party to the declared contract for the provision of hotel services), as well as give them the room key;
• store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical, radioactive and explosive substances, mercury;
• openly carry any type of civilian, service, military weapons available to hotel guests, including in the performance of their official duties, as well as special equipment. Guests who have the right to carry and store weapons by their occupation are obliged, at the request of the Hotel administration, to provide documents certifying this right.
• store and use pyrotechnic products;
• use electric heating appliances;
• rearrange the furniture in the room yourself;
• smoking in rooms and in the hotel building, for violation of this rule, the Hotel Administration has the right to charge a fine of 5,000 rubles from the Guest.
• build a fire in unintended places;
• disturb the peace of the guests staying;
• leave children unattended by adults in rooms, in public areas, on the territory of the hotel;
• to bring your visitors to the Hotel without registration at the Reception and Accommodation Service;
• keep animals, birds, reptiles, insects, etc. in the room without the consent of the Hotel administration
In case of violation of the conditions specified in this paragraph, the Hotel has the right to terminate the provision of hotel services unilaterally.
4. THE RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF THE ADMINISTRATION.
4.1. The Hotel is obliged to ensure that the following information is placed in a place convenient for viewing and to present at the first request of the guests: the rules for the provision of hotel services and complete information about the services provided by the Hotel, the form and procedure for their payment
4.2. The hotel provides the following types of services to guests at no extra charge:
• availability of sanitary and hygienic equipment in the room (according to the room category);
• change of towels daily;
• change of bed linen at least once every four days;
• the presence of a TV, refrigerator in the room;
• availability in the phone number;
• calling an ambulance;
• wake up to a certain time;
• delivery of correspondence to the room upon receipt;
• call a taxi.

4.3. The Hotel has the right to replace the room or place provided to the guest in the Hotel and demand the immediate release of the room previously occupied by the guest in case of identification of the need to carry out emergency repair, sanitary- epidemiological and other measures in the rooms occupied by the guest aimed at eliminating the causes that pose a threat or hinder their normal (high-quality and safe) use.
4.4. The Administration has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services to the Guest and evict the Guest from the Hotel in cases of violation of these Rules, late payment for accommodation and additional services provided, aggression or actions on the part of the Guest towards the staff and other vacationers,
threatening the safety of the health or property of others. The items left by the guest in the room to be vacated after the expiration of the paid period of stay under the concluded contract for the provision of hotel services are placed by the Hotel for storage in a storage room or other room suitable for these purposes
, with the consumer being charged with all the costs of their maintenance. The storage of items is carried out by the Hotel administration.
The guest is informed about the upcoming event, provided
that the Hotel Administration has information about his location.
4.4.1. The Hotel has the right to refuse service to citizens whose condition has signs of alcohol or drug intoxication, and whose behavior may cause inconvenience to Hotel Guests.
4.5 In case of gross violation of the Rules of Conduct or safety on the part of the Guest, the Hotel administration has the right to refuse him further stay at the Hotel with the mandatory drawing up of an act on this incident and, if necessary, inviting employees of the competent authorities
4.6. In case of discovery of forgotten items, the Hotel takes all measures to return them to the owner, according to the established procedure.
4.7. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of money, other currency valuables, securities, credit and phone cards, jewelry, jewelry and other precious items that have not been deposited.
4.8. The Hotel keeps the item forgotten by the Guest for 3 months. Valuables, as well as large amounts of money, are stored at the Hotel for up to 1 year from the date of drawing up the Act on forgotten Things.
4.9. The Hotel is not responsible for the health of the Guest in case of consumption of food and drinks purchased outside the Hotel
4.10. The Hotel ensures the confidentiality of information about Guests and visitors of the Hotel.
4.11. The Hotel undertakes to respond promptly to the Guest's requests to eliminate inconveniences and breakdowns in the Hotel's room stock.
4.12. The Guest takes note and does not object to the fact of use in the Hotel premises (except for rooms and toilet cubicles) video surveillance systems.
4.13 The Hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electric and thermal energy, water supply).
5. RULES FOR STAYING IN A ROOM WITH PETS.
5.1. Accommodation with small pets (weighing up to 5 kg) at the hotel is possible upon prior reservation in agreement with the Hotel Administration.
The deposit for accommodation with a pet is 5000 rubles.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE.
6.1. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the Administrator and is issued at the first request of the guest. Claims and complaints are considered no later than one month from the date of filing the complaint.
6.2. In case of any controversial issues regarding the quality of service, both parties should strive to resolve the issue on the spot. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, the Guest must state their claims in writing. Failure to comply with this condition may serve as a basis for a complete or partial refusal to satisfy it
